Role:  Teradata DBA
Location : Las Vegas, NV

Duration: 1 Year

 

REQUIRED:
- 5-7 years in Data Warehousing
- 3-5 years of experience administrating a Teradata database in a data warehousing environment
- Proficient in Physical Data Modeling
- Proficient in the features of Teradata version 13 or higher
- Experience in Teradata upgrades, setup and provisioning
- Experience with platform capacity planning/ management, workload analysis/tuning
- Ability to solve complex problems with data sets and recommend scalable solutions
- Ability to work closely with Data Modeler and ETL team
- Good written and oral communication skills
PREFERRED
- Experience with Informatica or similar
- Cognos or similar experience
