Sr. PeopleSoft HCM/ELM Functional Lead

Location: Newton, MA

Duration: 12+ months

 

Job Description: 

·         I need a Sr. PeopleSoft HCM/ELM Functional Lead/Solution Architect with expertise configuring and critiquing PS HCM and ELM modules. 

·         Main modules include Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Self Service and ELM (Enterprise Learning Management). 

·         Must be able to provide best practices, fit/gap and business rules as well as be able to read/understand complex technical documents. 

·         There will be no coding here, however a strong technical background is preferred. 

·         This project is mainly around the personal and pay system. 

·         Experience with Rules Engine and Optum preferred.  Active Security Clearance is highly preferred.
