•        standard performance test tools (HP Load Runner, WebLoad, Rational Performance Tester etc.)

•        Define performance testing scope, approach, risks, and assumptions

•        Knowledgeable of Project Management practices like project planning, integrated project control, risk management and quality management

•        Strong knowledge on scripting languages

•        Very good experience in Analyze test result and make decision on the basis of those results

•        Identify, Debug and clearly articulate Performance software defects
