Location: San Francisco, CA

Duration: 3-6 Months+

Job description:

Responsibilities:

• Engage and Coordinate with internal IT team, resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

• Ensure test strategy and plan is in place

• Ensure resource availability and allocation

• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

• Measure project performance

• Report and escalate to management as needed

• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks

• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Expert in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts and designing techniques.

• Understands various programming languages and ability to solve problems in coding, testing and deployment.

• Possesses good knowledge of different software systems, client/server architectures and various compatibility requirements.

• Experience in troubleshooting, software development processes and ability to understand and implement client requirements.

 

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree.

• Candidate must have at least 12 years of experience working in, or consulting with, financial institutions.

• Candidate must have at least 7 years prior experience as a TPM

• Candidate must have at least 3 years managing a team.

• Candidate must have fundamental technical troubleshooting abilities.

• Candidate must have strong written/verbal communication skills and be able to communicate equally as well between Business and IT.

• Any work performed in BSA/AML, KYC will be plus.
