SFDC CRM FUNCTIONAL LEAD -- Lisle, IL -- 6+ MONTHS

THE CONSULTANT MUST BE LOCAL AND SHOULD BE GC OR CITIZEN

 

Location: Lisle,IL

Duration: 6+ months

Description:

  • Drive and contribute to full life-cycle SalesForce projects: Gather requirements, collaborate with teams to define a solution, collaborate with the development team, lead testing, and train end users.
  • Schedule and lead interviews with stakeholders. Identify stakeholder needs and concerns to flush out their requirements. Captures risks and concerns during requirements sessions.
  • Create and fully document high level and very detailed requirements, business process flows/models, and diagrams for current and future state business process.
  • Document business, technical, security, risk, standards, and other requirements as applicable.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the information needs for multiple business areas in order to effectively translate business needs into functional specifications used by software developers.
  • Create testing strategies and plans. Engage business users to participate in testing and data validation efforts.
  • Provide Salesforce training and collaborate with end-users to create and maintain training materials.
  • Develop best practices and processes that adhere to the overall Navistar CRM strategy.
  • Develop a solid working knowledge of Navistars implementation of Salesforce.com and its administration.
  • Assist with the administration activities of Salesforce.

Qualifications

  • Experience working on CRM applications and projects in a Functional Lead role.
  • Focused and assertive with strong customer service orientation.
  • Curious, goal oriented, highly self-motivated, and directed.
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Able to effectively lead discussions.
  • Well-versed in analyzing complex business processes, proposing and explaining multiple solution options, and negotiating a compromise where appropriate.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to translate complex business problems and solutions into easily consumable content.
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred
  • Demonstrated experience using MS Office Suite: Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree

5+ years' experience using a CRM tool, Salesforce.com platform preferred
