Mandatory Qualifications:
Experience in Business Rules Development with the Drools tool 5 years.
Mixed combined experience using Analysis and Object Oriented Design 7 years
Experience with Java Development 6 years
Experience with IBM Websphere Application Server 5 years
Drools experience, specifically with Decision tables 4 years
Experience with Oracle database 5 years
Experience in Medicaid Provider Enrollment application 4 years
Experience creating Business Object Models for Rules 4 years
Experience automated testing 4 years
Experience dealing with Medicaid Provider Enrollment and Eligibility determination 4 years
Desired Skills
Experience with workbench
Experience using and leveraging Rete algorithms
Experience working with Maven
Experience working with Eclipse
