Duration: 6+ Months

Description:

Work to support IT developers deploy web based applications into the IBM WebSphere application server environment. Installation and Support of DataPower.

BCBSM is upgrading its DataPower environment in 2018.Candidiate is expected to drive and deliver on the upgrade.

 

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience

·         3+ years of WebSphere Application Server Version 7.x, 8.x and 9.x installation/support

·         2+ years of DataPower hosting experience

·         2+ years of working in WAS/DataPowerl clustered/failover environments

 

Required Skills/Experience

·         Installation and Configuration of WebSphere Application Server and DataPower

·         Hands on Experience in enabling the security using LDAP

·         WebSphere and DataPower Architecture & Solution Design.

·         WebSphere and DataPower Administration, Maintenance, Deployment, and Integration

·         WebSphere Auditing, monitoring and capacity planning, tuning and problem resolution.

·         EAR and WAR file deployments, Configurable service creation, DSN set up

·         Web Server integration and administration experience (IHS and Apache)

·         SSL Certificate understanding and hands-on maintenance experience

·         Production support experience is REQUIRED; availability for on-call support as needed.

·         Preferred Skills/Experience

 

Setting up Tivoli and Dynatrace alerts for WebSphere

 

Education/Certifications

Bachelor degree required in a science, technical, or mathematics related field of study; or, 8+ years of related work experience in an IT infrastructure role.
