The Scrum Master is accountable for guiding, coaching, teaching and assisting team Responsibilities may include1. Leads team by serving the best interests of team, not oneself2. Creates and maintains an environment favorable to applying Scrum process byi. Bulldozing removing any impediments to teams progress. Facilitating meetings, and working with product service owner3. Protects team from over commitment complacency4. Helping team to do the best work it possibly could.

 

Minimum years of experience: 8 plus

 

Certifications Needed : Yes

 

Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent

 

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute

 

Project Coordination, Project Delivery without issues SLA slippage, Good Communication

 

 

Job Title: COBOL DB2 Mainframe Consultant

Work Location: Irving, TX 75038

Contract duration: 12+

 

Job Details:

Must Have Skills

PL1

COBOL

DB2

 

Nice to have skills

CICS
