Locals and F2F is mandatory

Requirements:

·         Perform coding of Web pages in Cold Fusion for various Web-based applications (ALERTS, ACTS).

·         Serve as ALERTS and ACTS Technical Team lead responsible for creating a Microsoft project plan that specifies tasks, resources, contingencies and completion dates.

·         Assist in creating the logical and physical data models for the ALERTS databases, as well as, provide technical quality assurance for the Coding of the ALERTS applications. 

·         Create and maintain Web Services.

·         Serve as technical liaison with MIS in resolving network, application performance and other issues that may arise.

·         Experience with systems development including demonstrated ability to plan, code, and implement a distributed system (or systems) based upon the analysis of customer needs and requirements

·         Minimum of 3 years' experience in data modelling, data administration, data security and integrity, performance monitoring, and logical and physical database design.

·         Demonstrated experience in developing for Web environment.

·         Demonstrated experience in design and analysis for a Web environment.

·         Experience working on one (1) project for the City of New York including at least one (1) year of experience with the NYCWAY, WMS, or other public assistance information systems.

·         Experience working on one (1) project involving social policy and program analysis on a local governmental level.

·         Interviewing, data collection and analysis skills.

·         Minimum four (4) years of programming experience utilizing Cold Fusion, TOAD, SOAP,DHTML,HTML, Java Script, SQL, .NET,ASP, Microsoft TFS & ORACLE.  Preferably, candidates should have combined experience with more than one of these systems.
