Job Title:  Java Spring Engineer

VISA: GC/CITIZEN only

Location:   Miami FL or Miramar FL

Client:  Royal Caribbean

Duration: 12 months

Rate Range:55 /hr (MAX- no flexibility )

Must have skills:

•        Java 8+

•        Spring Ecosystem (Spring Boot +)

•        Container Orchestration (Kubernetes is preferable)

•        API Gateway Experience (Apigee is preferable)

•        SQL / DB2 Database Systems

•        NoSQL Data Store Experience (Couchbase is preferable)

•        DevOps Experience

•        SOA -  REST

•        Reactive event-driven programming

•        Queue Messaging (MQueue, Kafka… etc)

•        Agile / Scrum methodologies

•        Cloud Deployment Experience (AWS is preferable)

•        Manager Notes:

•        Develop services and applications using Java with the Spring Framework.

•        Create application requirements and project documentation.

•        Solve complex problems, create object models, define APIs, build web services, etc.

•        Work directly with other developers and internal stakeholders to develop a solid understanding of the business application and requirements for which the application is being designed.
