Required Skills:

Responsibilities 

*    Requirement gathering

*    Review BRDs with business and obtain sign-offs

*    Learn the solution once it is implemented.

*    Validate solution in QA

*    QA testing support and troubleshoot issue

*    Demo and train business on the tools

*    Post implementation support

Top 3-5 Required Skills 

*    Good writing and communication skills
