*Description:*
The Business Process Domain Consultant will be responsible for delivery of
advisory services to enhance the customer's strategic position in the
credit union marketplace.
The Business Process Domain Consultant will have significant prior
experience in core banking and financial services functions including
deposits, loans, payments, risk management and auxiliary services and
extensive experience in business process reengineering / business
requirements definition.


*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
*SUMMARY: *Define business requirements for technology solutions that meet
the needs for various business areas within the banking industry.
Work as a business-functional liaison between project team and key senior
executives.
Bridge the gap between the business customer; technology solution providers
(e.g., vendors, infrastructure team, and development team).

*BUSINESS ACCUMEN:* Strong familiarity with Credit Union business
processes.
Help define solution vision and direction building on synergies and
benefits across business functions and new technologies
Work with Business Stakeholders and Engagement Managers to understand pain
points/inefficiencies in clients' existing business processes and position
HCL consulting offerings
Provide banking domain and related subject matter expertise to enable the
development of a large-scale digital platform transformation program which
will be delivered through scaled and distributed Agile ways of working
Contribute to a transformation roadmap that aligns with the strategic and
tactical direction of the client

*TECHNICAL ACCUMEN: *in collaboration with technology stakeholders from HCL
and client, own all phases of development from functional definition to
delivery of solution
Thorough understanding of Salesforce business solutions platform; low-code,
no-code development principles which can be configured leveraging
Enable platform configurability to cater to multi-dimensional business
requirements.
Drive the translation of these business requirements into technical
specifications needed to achieve business initiatives.

*Responsibilities:*

*FUNCTIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:* Minimum 5+ years of experience in
Finance/ consulting with exposure to all finance business capabilities in
business finance or financial services space.
Ability to do domain consulting/ advisory services (Business Process
Improvement/ Re-engineering, Gap Analysis, Transformation Roadmaps etc.)
Background on how to build the right features through the lens of customer
desirability, business viability, and technology feasibility
Should have been part of the defining the roadmaps for Business
Transformational and business process design for large organizations
Experience of working with globally dispersed project teams, in a matrix
organizational set-upExcellent analytical skills and a strong sense for
structure and logic
Experience in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and
drawing valid conclusions
Experience in implementing advanced business solutions ( Salesforce)Good
understanding of software development methodologies
Good understanding of technology solutions in the finance space

*SOFT SKILLS: *Highly developed critical thinking, interpretative and
analytical skills

challenges
Customer orientedOutstanding communication, presentation and leadership

*Preferred:*
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or other related

Banking/ financial services industry body accreditation or certification
Certification in Agile/Scaled agile preferred
