Supporting day to day Messaging & Collaboration operation related issue
Office365 Deployment support, Mailbox Migration to cloud, License
deployment
Microsoft Cloud based new features OneDrive, Teems support and power
automate
Install and configure application layer for new CAS/HUB servers per
architecture design
Decommission legacy Exchange and other mail and collaboration Servers
Perform Server and Application related issues troubleshooting
Perform cluster failover as necessary as part of High availability

*Responsibilities:*
Engaging Vendor for Highly critical issues, Taking ownership of Tracking,
updates till resolution
Follow ITSM Framework for Process Documentation per FedEx processes and
guidelines
Perform research and troubleshooting for mail routing issues
Mailbox management Provision mailbox, access, restoration Etc
Perform performance monitoring, Application monitoring and health checks
Perform Test, Deployment and configuration of Software upgrades and patches
after approved by FedEx
Support approved email archive systems.


*Preferred:*
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or other related
business field
