Title: Azure Tech Lead
Location: Carmel - IN
Skill Description: Azure data lake & Data brick
Job Summary :
1. Need Azure cloud knowledge and experience in Azure data lake & Data brick need to work independently and provide solutions to the client. Experience leading technical teams is preferred experience in Conceptual logical and physical data modeling especially for rationalizing data objects and experience working as a member of large integrated teams solving multi domain problems.
2. Deep understanding of core enterprise data concepts and technologies: warehouses ETL technologies OLTP data stores multiple RDBMSs Leads architecture and data architects to deliver enterprise data architectures on multi year and multi-million dollar projects.
3. Creates and determines overall modeling standards guidelines best practices and approved modeling techniques.
4. Oversees the creation of all conceptual logical and physical data models.
5. Lead the data architects and the data administration team (modeling metadata managers and user query optimization). Ensure that data modeling practices and guidelines are followed in order to avoid physical model bias. Ensure that solutions meet business requirements
6. Reviews proposed data models contained in packaged or commercially available applications before they are bought.
 
 
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Participates in data integration business intelligence (BI) and enterprise information management programs by rationalizing data processing to support reuse.
2. Works with data services administrators to develop the data objects and data models to support data services in service-oriented architecture.
3. Collects and identifies the various metadata assets. Identifies the data assets that are deemed significant to the enterprise as determined by the business impact decision impact risk mitigation or organizational impact of the information.
4. Models the future state of the data architecture and provide data architecture best practices and guidelines.
5. Establishes metrics for tracking and measuring the value of data architecture initiatives. For example measuring model reuse impact on project costs or improved data consistency across diverse initiatives.
6. Ensure that critical information assets modeled as part of any project are represented in the enterprise information architecture (EIA) and follow the design guidelines and requirements of EIA.
7. Lead Cloud based Data Architect initiatives based on Future State Data Architecture Strategy.
