Job Description:
This is more of a PM role who will be doing coordination with the vendor/product team and client. So candidates with digital project experience and good communication and collaboration skills will be suitable.Minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in managing application development, software delivery lifecycle, and/or infrastructure development and administration.Good experience in design and implementation of Continuous Delivery and/or DevOps solutions or architecture patterns.Minimum of 5 years’ experience with managing large teams including progress monitoring and reporting.Good experience working in an Agile delivery environment.Good experience with co-ordinating with external vendors and third party groups for product releases and planningExperience in Insurance / Reinsurance projects would be huge plus.Had prior experience in handling multiple projects.Responsible and interfacing with Client, Development, Architecture, QA teams to collect and execute the requirements.Should be an avid communicator in interfacing and reporting to clients on a regular basisShould be involved in responding to RFPs, and estimations activities etc.Excellent communication and should be able to interact with clientsShould be a good people manager with an aggressive approach towards project managementShould be a great trouble shooter in providing direction to the team in challenging situationsShould have Past experience and knowledge in Technical Architecture/Solutions of the applicationsDevOps leadership experience - large teams preferred.Be able to drive initiatives with large group of stakeholders and participantsService support – the use of DevOps, Continuous Delivery and ITIL concepts to lead an effective support operationStrong discipline in Project management / breakdown tasks with owner/date/prioritization/force ranking / Financial management / task trackingWith ITIL knowledge is an advantageBe able to drive initiatives, Willing to go extra miles, be a good team member, strong team work
