Should  have prior experience with enterprise tools, have a good balance of visual design UX understanding, a curious/open mind, and be a good communicator. 
Figma (1 year)
User feedback tools (1 year preferred)
Creating UX documentation (3 years)
Bachelors in human centered design is preferred.
