Responsibilities:
Lead effort to address QA environment action plan team across multiple platforms to optimize IT delivery. Work with broad team to identify procedures, tools, and people 
who can speed up the software development and deployment processes, while shortening the time to market, make it less expensive and reduce the occurrence of errors.
• Manage project/team documentation to including status reporting, meeting minutes, risks, issues, action items, and other communications.
• Work with IT Directors and VP’s to define action plans and prioritization, identify issues and drive issues to resolution.
• Facilitate Operating and Steering Committee meetings
• Manage project financials to include estimates, change orders and forecast. Knowledge, Skill & Competency Requirements:
• Experience delivering application development projects end to end with demonstrated knowledge of SDLC (software development life cycle).
• Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels within the organization, with emphasis on communication at the Director and VP level
• Experience environment management, QA and Test Automation.
• Experienced in formal techniques of risk management.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Project
• Experience in Change Management
 
Education & Experience:
• 10+ years of experience managing and delivering successful IT projects
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Technical acumen with a complex test environment framework, driving continuous improvement and innovative solutions facilitating senior leader engagement
