Job Description:
The Salesforce Lead Developer role is responsible for leading the technical design and hands-on development of a high-visibility and high-impact Salesforce initiative within Toyota Financial Services for the Dealer Experience domain.
Passionate and highly-motivated Lead Salesforce Developer with at least 8+ years in Salesforce CRM
Extensive experience with analysis, design, development, customizations and integration of Salesforce CRM applications
Experience on various implementations on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud platforms and/or Experience Cloud
Experience in Salesforce.com technologies like Apex and Visual Force
Experience automating complex business processes using declarative features such as workflows, approval process, Process Builder, Lighting Flows and Flow Triggers
Proficiency in analyzing and translating business requirements to technical requirements and architecture
Experience defining business processes, identifying risk and conducting risk analysis, providing baseline acceptance criteria and deliverables
Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and flexibility skills in an agile team-oriented environment Must Have
Excellent communication skills as this role will interface with a wide array of stakeholders that include multiple technology teams and business SMEs
Extensive experience in Salesforce Integration on REST API, Web services SOAP API and Platform Events with different types of Authentication mechanisms
Strong Lightning Web Component development with Experience Cloud/Partner Communities
Extensive experience implementing Objects, Custom Apps, Layouts, Tabs, Validation Rules, Sharing Rules, Workflows, Approval processes and Outbound/Inbound Messages
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
