Job Description :
this role needs to be involved with business and life teams to provide input to improving Life customer experience. 
New process flows, etc. Could be Sr CREW Assoc - responsibility wise it seems mostly Sr. crew probably but with their 
shift to solving problems and how complex their org is, we're safer to go mid for now. 
If all goes well maybe we can bring on a Sr Crew or Crew later to support them and have them grow too. 
1 team, includes Admin (3 total, 1 full time/1 75%/1 25% dedicated); 
2 engineers (adding here, APEX and LWC); 
3 Integration (mulesoft) USIS Life - looking at modernizing legacy applications and discussions around moving some functionality to SFDC. 
Use Jira, primarily Kanban Integration includes Adobe sign, Box. Can be fully remote; industry knowledge is nice but not required. Use Flowsum. 
Sales and Service Cloud primarily, Engagement Cloud, understanding of Marketing Cloud integration/functionality - 80% Admin responsibilities 
focused on moving external processes into Salesforce. Configure to the limit of SF then.- 20% Technical responsibilities. 
hands on development through Apex and LWC, understands integration to work with team members but does not own integration 
Requirements gathering and business solving, not just hands to keyboard
