We are looking for a PRODUCT SUPPORT ENGINEERS (Tier 2 or Tier 3)to support world's leader in providing IT consulting and software services to the finest global organizations client.
This is a Fulltime Position based in Waltham, MA
Position: PRODUCT SUPPORT ENGINEERS (Tier 2 or Tier 3)
Locations: Waltham, MA
Duration: Fulltime
Responsibilities:
We are looking for both Tier 2 and Tier 3 product support engineers. You can utilize the same descriptions…only difference is that Tier3 people will have programming experience
· Be available to provide 24x7 support
· Run periodic health checks on all production systems
· Provide the first line of defense for field issues. Run the basic problem isolation drill and escalate the issue to T3 if required
· Facilitate the gathering of requested information to T3 support, or vendors
· BS in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
· Relevant industry experience (3+ years)
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Resume must have's: support, troubleshooting, problem solving, 24*7 production support
· Experience with scripting languages like python, perl, TCL a plus
· Telecom Industry Preferred
· Education: Bachelor's Degree
· Total Experience: 5+ years
