Hi Partners,

Please let me know if you have a strong Agile PMP for this 12 month plus extensions contract in Chicago.

Location: Chicago
Duration: 12 months plus extensions
Interview: phone and f to f ( would prefer local candidates )

MUST HAVE OUTSTANDING COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND STRONG AGILE.

I am looking for a strong Project Manager for a well known and established Chicago company.  This is a 12-18 month contract that will begin ASAP. 

Project Manager

The successful candidate will deal with direct accountability to the Project Sponsor, and is responsible for effectively and efficiently operating within the three key aspects on the Project Management Triangle. Project Managers may be assigned from PMO, IT or Product Management. The Project Manager, if other than a Product Manager, should partner with and solicit input from the Product Manager in areas related to product definition. The Project Manager, if other than an IT Project Manager, partner with and solicit input from the IT Project Manager in areas of development and IT resourcing and from Quality Assurance in the areas of product testing and the UX Team in the area of user experience testing.

• Validating that a reasonable and effective project scope has been established;
• Working with the team to establish a thoughtful project or master schedule;
• Monitoring project costs and issuing variance reporting;
• Gaining stakeholders' approvals for the plan and for deliverables;
• Measuring and reporting on project progress;
• Identifying and resolving bottlenecks;
• Monitoring, coordinating and communicating project changes;
• Ensuring transparency, escalating unresolved issues & communicating project progress;
• Establishing work instructions, process flow documents and training;
• Acquiring outside resources that might be required for success;
• Ensuring delivery on any other items in the Project Charter;
• Closing out projects and generating closing report
