Need         : Lead IBM BPM Developer
Location  :  Houston, TX
Duration  :  1+ months

 

Start Date:  ASAP

 

Key Note:  MUST have 10+ years IBM BPM Experience to be considered.

 

***Candidates MUST have extensive experience on IBM BPM Process Designer v8.x (Lombardi). Sometimes also called Human Centric Implementation.***

 

Skill Set:
10+ years of IT Experience
4+ year of technical hands-on experience on product IBM BPM 8.0 and above. Lombardi part of it.
Technical Hands-on exp with IBM BPM 8.x version is must.
Ability to architect an application on IBM BPM and ability to take key design
Ability to drive proactively new application development discussion with customer
Ability to guide client in decision making process and key architecture decisions.
Familiar with Business Process Management (BPM) terms and concepts/terminology.
Familiar with IBM BPM Delivery Process and methodology. Agile development process, playbacks and design session.
IBM BPM infrastructure setup/admin experience is advantageous but not required.
Experience with Manufacturing industry is advantageous.
Must be able to work on Soap/Web Services based development.
Hands on Exp in Java, J2EE
Exp with Web Sphere products/Application Server
Exp with IBM Process Server and WPS is nice to have.
Exp with Webspehere Integrated Development environment (WID) is nice to have.
Must have experience human centric implementation part of IBM BPM.
