Experience in Siebel CRM 7.x/8.x (latest version with Open UI is preferred)
Knowledge of Siebel CRM Call Center, dispatch, order management, activity management, service request, customer functionality
Good Analytical and Communication skills
Experience in requirement analysis, creating functional solution, user flows, prepare presentations / user stories, able to present solution to client
