This individual will partner with technology and individuals across the Customer Insight organization to define, design, and build scalable data solutions for campaign reporting and analysis. The solution scope includes the data and ETL infrastructure, operational enhancements, utilization of existing business intelligence tools, change control and production update processes.
Position Activities
• Define, build, and manage the data infrastructure supporting foundational services campaign measurement.
• Work with team members to design and create standardized SAS ETL processes and a reporting data model to more efficiently support reporting on foundational services marketing campaigns.
• Lead technical design reviews and provide technical expertise, guidance and coaching to other team members.
• Developing reports, charts, tables, graphs, and intermediate statistical analysis using tools such as SAS, SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel
