Role: Siebel CRM Tester

Location: Downers Grove, IL, USA

Duration: 6 month Contract

Skill Competency : CRM (Client Relationship Management)

 

Job Description:

∙ Good In CRM (any package Oracle or Siebel)

∙ 5-6 years of experience in CRM.

∙ Liaise with customer / client manager to understand the business requirements and scenarios to come up with UAT test scenarios and test cases

∙ Come up with a right test approach, and plan
∙ Strong hands on experience in CRM. 
∙ Coordination and preparation of test data and assuring test environment are ready
∙ Execute tests and raise defects as per requirements.  
∙ Coordinate across all interfacing groups for execution readiness

∙ Mentor and provide technical support to other testers (SIT or business)

∙ Excellent communication skills & analytical abilities
