Job Title – Integration Test Lead

Location – Coraopolis, PA
Duration – 6 - 12 Months (Possible Extension)

Rate – DOE

Job Description –

· Executing tests, analyzing and interpreting the results, to identify variances and possible defects.

· Identifying, analyzing and reporting faults/bugs found using appropriate fault management tools.

· Interface with development teams to clarify issues and resolve any conflicts.

· Ensuring that the results are documented, reviewed and corrective action taken where appropriate.

· Participating in requirements reviews ensuring that they are unambiguous, complete, correct and consistent.

· Analyzing and defining existing business processes and interdependencies.

· Analyzing functional specs for completeness & testability.

· Analyzing test output, identifying discrepancies and clearly documenting defects.

· Possess strong communication skills and is comfortable in discussing ideas and solutions with others in order to successfully resolve issues.

· Encourages collaborative team spirit and maintains team harmony even when under pressure.

· Sets and maintains high standards of delivery and performance for self, Department and the organization.

· Gather and analyze data to establish system requirements

· Develop work plans and estimates as they relate to systems integration work tasks and team members

· Research, evaluate, and recommend systems/equipment/technologies based upon client needs

· Draft technical instructions, engineering plans, technical designs, and other systems integration related documents

· Interface with various team members such as management, administration, legal, and support staff on a regular basis

· Develop and conduct testing plans and procedures based upon system recommendations

· Provide client with post-installation and integration support

· Strong communication skills

· Ability to meet tight deadlines

· Strong organizational skills

· Ability to multi-task in an ever-changing work environment
