We have an Immediate need  for US IT Recruiters.
 
Role                            : US IT Recruiters or Bench sales or who can do a combination of both sales and recruiting.
No of Positions            :  2
Shift Timings               : US shifts: 6:30 PM to 3.30 AM IST (i.e. 9:00AM to 6:00PM EST)
Job Location               :  Work from Home or in madhapur.
Experience                 : 1- 3 years
Salary                        : DOE

Job Description:
Ø Hands on experience in end to end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
Ø Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop)
Ø Experience in negotiating compensation to close a candidate
Ø Experience using recruiting portals like dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.
Ø Experience on hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates
Ø Experience working with Applicant tracking tools.
Ø Willing to work as per US central timings/Night Shifts.
