| Should be able to develop technological solution for the intended deliverycompetency to meet enterprise business requirements Should have developedreusable artifacts like architecture components, vendor neutral technologyframeworks, best practices and standards for the technology for the intendeddelivery competency Should be able to foresee and handle technologicalintegration, internationalization, exceptions and performance issues as part ofdeveloping technological solutions Experience Range : 3+ years of experiencein developing technology level solutions like architecture, framework, etc. |
| Skill2 - Data Warehousing (L3) |
| Should have competancy and expertise on Data Warehouse and ETL toolarchitecture. Strong in writing complex SQL Query across different databases.Experienced on multiple databases and ETL tools. Should have worked ondifferent layers of the data warehouse layers like Source, Staging, Management,Information, Infrastructure, Feed, and Access. Should have extensive workexperience of atleast one large scale data warehouse setup project. Able toanalyze the data flow between different databases. Aware of setting up multipledata marts and report generation techniques. Aware of the dimensional, logicaland physical data modeling for data warehouse and data marts. |

| Should have very strong understanding of Business Intelligence & DataWarehousing, project life cycle Phases. Should have strong knowledge ofimplementing best practices in ETL Architecture,Design and Load PerformanceShould have minimum of 7 to 10 years of IT project experience. Should haveminimum of 4 to 5 years experience architecting ETL Feeds in the role of aTechnical Lead for ETL Architecture, Design and implementation. Should haveexperience in Design and Implementation of ETL solution in at least two DWHdevelopment projects. Should have expertise in data standardization and datamodeling (i.e. conceptual, logical and physical model design, experience withODS, EDWH and DM ) Should have expert knowledge in at least one leading ETLTools (Informatica, AbInitio, Data Stage etc.) and familiarity with one or twoleading ETL tools Should have expert knowledge on RDBMS and PL/SQL skills.Should have design and implementation experience with at least one leading ETLTool.
