The Service Now Administrator/developer will work as member of the implementation team to administer Service Management applications. This includes working with 3rd Party Integrator and process owners to develop workflow, implement the workflows in Service Applications and administer the tools which includes Asset Management, Change Management, Service Desk, Service Level Management, Agentless Discovery, and various integrations.

Provide on-going technical assistance, software configuration/customization assistance including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations. This includes working with process owners to develop workflow, implement the workflows in Service Applications and administer the tools.

 Answering "how to" technical and application configuration questions of other members of the technical team and process owners

 Facilitating roll out of new applications and modules and assisting in troubleshooting patch / release management issues.

 Translating business requirements into technical requirements and writing custom reports.

 Qualifications:

High school or GED

Excellent written and verbal communications

The ability to take complex end-user requirements to system requirements to code

Understanding of enterprise IT architecture

Working knowledge of relational databases

Web Services integrations and experience with web services via APIs

Experience with IT Service Management, Service Desk, Asset Management and Change Management

ITIL v3 Foundation Certification preferred

6-8 years experience

 Required:

Experienced ServiceNow professional

2 years Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.)

Writing test scripts

Working knowledge of the technologies web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3)

Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP * AJAX, CSS, XML experience a plus

Support custom reporting - The ability to take complex end-user requirements to system requirements to code

Ability to produce quality functional and technical documentation.

 Williams Corporation will not pay relocation costs associated for this position
