Keys: "Test Design Engineer" – Validation/Verification - Defect Tracking exp w/ TestTrack & Seapine TestTrack -   

Rational ClearQuest Test Management tool a must

 

From HM  "What we call "Test Design Engineers" who are experienced enough to assess the feature and design and validate the proper test cases. In addition they can execute test cases effectively and also help train other test engineers on the correct processes. Qualified candidates likely have at least 3-5 years of experience, although I've seen good candidates with less. Experience with Rational ClearQuest & Seapine TestTrack would be ideal. I will need 2 of these right away"

Regulated Environment Aerospace, Medical or Defense-,

5+ years – must have strong communication skills / BS DEGREE
