General qualifications – Test Lead:
1. A test manager who is a test script expert in remoteApp testing. Experienced in designing and executing performance tests in a multi-tier environment. 
2. Ability to learn quickly the test management of test cases, scripts and results using MTM (Let's see if we can get someone with hands on MTM experience, but this should not be a blocker) 
3. Working in Microsoft cloud environment is desirable but not mandatory 
4. Experience of working in Agile environment 
5. Good client facing skills.

Responsibilities:
1.) Setup Microsoft Test Manager (MTM) tool for testing. 
2.) Define performance test scenarios and target business transactions 
3.) Develop test scripts with MTM
4.) Configure and setup test data (input variables and application database – SQL Server)
5.) Determine instrumentation on application
6.) Execute Performance Test using MTM
7.) Execute HA Test (Performance Test with forced failure mode)
8.) Execute DR Test (Performance Test with failure to DR hardware)
9.) Document and present results
