Key Responsibilities:-
• Responsible for getting New Leads/Requirements and maintaining Existing Clients to enhance Business relations.
• Generate requirements from New Clients and Existing Clients through Cold Calling.
• Understand the requirement and Clients need and Shortlist the Suitable Candidates based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of Resources.
• Follow-up with The Clients on the Progress of the Submittals made.
• Work with Recruitment team to achieve set targets
 
Requirements:-
• Minimum 6 months of Sales/ Business Development Experience in US IT Staffing Industry
• Thorough understanding of Tier-1/ Prime Vendor sales process.
• Should have active clients at Tier-1/Prime Vendor level.
• Ability to Work independently and Multi task in a Fast paced Environment.
• Well versed with all the Sales processes to generate requirements and develop new Tier-1 Clients.
• Needs to be a good communicator.
• Excellent track record in US IT staffing industry.
