Job Title: Java Developer

Location: Eagan, MN (LOCAL ONLY)

Duration: 6+ Months

Face2face after telephonic must.

Local Candidates ONLY.

Primary Responsibilities: 
• Web application development in J2EE platform 
• Develop server based software with Spring, Hibernate 
• Work with data persisted in Oracle DB 
• Front-end development with Angular JS 
• Implement OO designs as delegated by Technical Leads 
• Execute on test driven development using JUnit 
• Write/manage stories and tasks in an Agile project 
• Develop software that operates within a highly scalable distributed multi-tiered system 
• Participate with business units using Agile techniques and practices to identify requirements and acceptance criteria 
• Regularly communicate with project team and management 

Minimum Qualifications: 
• Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 
• 3+ years of experience in the software development field 
• Experience with Java, J2EE and object-oriented analysis and design principles 
• Experience designing and developing web based applications using:

·         Java J2EE based application development 
• Strong Spring, Hibernate, and Junit testing skills 
• XML/JSON 
• Oracle database experience 
• Angular JS & GIT experience a plus

Proven track record of being able to solve complex problems independently and to seek out and generate innovative solutions 
• Very strong interpersonal and communications skills including both oral and written proficiency (must be able to present effectively to a wide variety of audiences including development teams and partners within the business unit) 
• Experience and\or a willingness to work in a fast paced Agile software development environment 
• Previous experience performance tuning and profiling enterprise Java applications
