Job Title: UI/UX Lead Developer

Location: Saint Louis MO

Duration: Long term

Must be 10+ years of experience

Positions: 4-5

Description:

So we need to look for pure UI/UX Lead and developers with mobile platform exp

With indepth knowledge of Java Script and other below given skills Boot strap Mongo DB

The UX Lead Developer is an experienced developer with excellent leadership skills - uses Core JavaScript, Developing Javascript Frameworks, Object Oriented Javascript, Good understanding of concepts like Reactive programming, Client side MVC architecture, RrequireJs/CommonJS specifications, Package management using NPM/Bower etc. Should have a good understanding of Git/Stash and JIRA workflows. 

30% of the Job - Work with business and functional teams to understand and document requirements

50% of the Job - Hands on development, quickly build screens and apps in a very rigorous start up like environment, build screens/apps, iterate, and build a framework and delegate to offshore

20% of the Job - Collaboration with offshore developers, track the work packets, do code reviews and manage the work streams through Jiras

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain enterprise quality Javascript applications utilizing industry standard patterns and best practices using MV* (MVVM, MVC) client side architecture.
• Implement designs and prototypes using modern HTML and CSS
• Use modern JavaScript based build tools (NodeJS, Gulp, etc.)
• Collaborate with Designers and Information Architects to identify development constraints
• Participate in agile development process
• Participate in design and code reviews

Qualifications

• Experience in Enterprise Javascript frameworks and Enterprise application development in Javascript (Like OpenUI5, Sencha etc)
• A minimum of 5 years experience developing framework applications in Javascript, with excellent re-imaging skills and thought leadership
• A solid understanding of source control and Git
• High confidence in ability to write quality JavaScript in a team environment
• Highly skilled and knowledgeable in latest standards for responsive design ( Media Queries, Bootstrap, Flexbox )
• * Modern JS Frameworks (_ _React, Flux, J Query, AngularJs)
• * Modern CSS and Preprocessors ( SASS, LESS )
• Excellent written and verbal skills, with proven experience working efficiently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Highly organized with the ability to deliver in collaborative team or remove setting

Other Skills

 

• Basic knowledge of DataBase (Oracle, Mysql)
• Should be able to handle team of min 4 members
• Good Oral and written communication skills
• Should have worked on Agile methodology for at least 6 Months
