5 years Salesforce CRM experience as a business analyst required.

Candidate must be knowledgeable in Salesforce data model, configuration and functionality.

Candidate will be expected to work directly with end users to solution business problems with Salesforce solutions.

Additional experience with Partner Cloud, Community Cloud, Surveys, ServiceMax and/or Service Titan preferred.
