Required Skills:

• 8+ years experienced – Leadership and Technical (.NET, SQL, SSIS)
• Ability to work independently, coordinate and collaborate with other IS Teams & Business
• Ability to provide status reports and updates to PM and Leadership
• Ability to direct Off Shore team with confidence & deliver capabilities on time
• May need to help with hands on development as needed
