Title: ServiceNow CMDB Developer
Location: Plano, TX (remote till covid)
Duration: Long Term
Responsibilities:
- Support and Maintain all technical aspects of ServiceNow CMDB (Discovery, Service Mapping, Integrations).
- Provides oversight for Configuration Management System (CMS) scope, CMS policy, and current CMS ongoing operation.
- Owns the requirement gathering sessions collaborating with IT stakeholders, service owners and partners.
- Convert user stories into technical solutions.
- Collaborates with vendors on infrastructure designs to ensure the final product is what was architected or designed.
- Provides detailed guidance and consultation in solutioning production incidents when required.
- Champion effort to maintain ServiceNow industry standards and maintain system compliance.
Required Skills:
- 5 years development experience with ServiceNow, 7+ years of overall IT experience required.
- Direct experience in two or more of the following technical specialties: application development, application integration, Web Services, Scripting, and/or database programming.
- Experience automating tasks associated with technical specialties.
Experience successfully leading ITSM projects and initiatives.
