Requirements: The jobholder will be responsible for the overall Service Delivery of a Cloud Management as a Service Solution
- Technical experience with a strong Morpheus background that spans custom integrations
- Identify the technical requirements for future integrations and lead the platform development team to execute
- Develop roadmap and use cases
- Lead the implementations of new integrations
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Liaison with
- Technologent Platform Development Team (India Based)
- Knowledge sharing
- Prioritize activities/integrations
- Drive deliverables
- Customer (US based)
- Develop strong relationship
- Prioritize roadmap/deliverables
- Work with team to resolve issues
- Help Desk (US Based)
- Act as an escalation point as necessary
- Provide input for Service Portal
- Leadership, governance and communication skills
