Lead functional consultancy for all Life Sciences specific CRM modulesg. Drive business and technology solutions in terms of large transformation programs within the value chain segment at global LS companiesh. Lead CRM side integration and interfaces architecture for CRM implementation and enhancementsi. Define life Sciences CRM business processes, integration flows and configuration set-upsj.
