Need-----Network Administrator Lead / Remote for now / Long Term Contract

Title: Lead Network Administrator

Location: Nashville, TN (remote for now)

Duration: Long Term

 

Required Skills:

  • 9+ years advanced knowledge with Cisco Routers and Switches Configuration/deployment/Administration exp
  • 7+ Years of hands-on experience with Cisco enterprise wireless networking and design.
  • 7+ Years advanced knowledge with Palo Alto Firewalls and security solutions
  • 5+ Years advanced knowledge with f5 Load Balancer Technologies
  • Extensive experience with BGP, ,OSPF, DMVPN, MPLS, VRF, HSRP, STP and B2B VPN's.
  • working knowledge about SDWAN network design
  • Hands-on experience of structured cabling (Cat6 , Fiber etc)
  • Advanced knowledge of Solar Winds/CMDB
  • Develop and provide network topology diagrams and configuration standards
  • A self-motivated team player who is able to work after hours if required(network upgrades, troubleshooting, etc.)
  • High degree of flexibility and ability to provide non-business hour support (remote and onsite)
  • Take a lead role in the engagement and mitigation of outage causing events/ issues.
  • Perform problem management and RCA investigation.
  • Ability to engage and effectively communicate with multiple teams during an incident.
  • experience with SDN and SD-WAN technologies would be a plus
  • Strong documentation( visio) and presentation skills
  • Provide knowledge transfer and informal training to teams
