Job Title: Android Lead
Location: Irving, TX (Onsite Role).
Duration: 6-12 Months Extendable
Job Description:
-Taking coding decisions on a daily basis
-Ensuring high coding quality
-Contributing to the team way of working (attend team meetings / come up with suggestions)
-Stay up to date with and follow company development processes & standards
-Participating in creating, estimating, and grooming backlogs
-Delivering tasks on the estimated time to secure project health
-Taking an active part in discussions regarding architecture, technology selection, etc.
-Supporting and coach colleagues and act as "go-to"-person
-Identifying areas of possible improvements or risk elimination within the solution (e.g. possible bottlenecks)
