• Candidates must be able to conduct design sessions to gather business & technical requirements in order to develop specifications for developing applications.
• Good understanding of SOA (SOA – Understand what Service to Service is –specifically with XML Request and Response)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Must be able to communicate effectively and lead discussions
