 Java Programmer    

Location: Waltham, MA                

Duration: 12 Months                    

Position: 4

 

The ideal candidate should have combination of programming skills (JAVA/LINUX/JBOSS) and domain knowledge (VoIP Surveillance or Video Broadcasting or SONET/DWDM Surveillance)

Required:

·        Hands-on experience on java network programming.

·        Expert in SDLC practices with a proven track record of project and product delivery.

·        Hands-on experience on distributed programming: CORBA or Web service

·        Hands-on experience (3 yr+) on java server-side programming, including multi-threads, JDBC, JMS, RMI.

·        Working Knowledge on RDBMS(Informix, DB2 or Oracle), Hands-on experience on MYSQL

·        Working Knowledge on  Application Server (WebLogic, WebSphere); Hands-on experience on JBOSS

·        Working knowledge of network protocols such as TL1 or SNMP

·        Strong analytical skills with a keen interest to lean business process

·        Experience with build management and source control tool such as cvs and clearcase Desirable:

·        Good understanding of OSS products  and Network Management in particular

·        Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Match, Engineering or related field is required
