Job Description:

Role: Test Lead

Responsibilities :

1) Requirement calls for a Test Lead with experience testing web based applications in the Financial Industry.
2) Must have domain specific Domain Experience with Tax Lot's / Accounting.
3) Candidates should have experience using HP Mercury Quality Center as a full test management tool, experience writing detailed test plans and test cases/scripts based business requirements, use cases and functional specifications, experience performing test execution using Quality Center, experience preparing test data / files for business data validation,  experience performing defect management, experience creating test estimates, must have financial, brokerage and trading industry experience.
4) Should have experience testing on client server and web based applications, must demonstrate strong time management skills, ability to multi-task & handle multiple project assignments & prioritize one's own work.
5) Must  have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
