Oracle Apps Functional Resource.. Oracle CRM experience, specifically with the Incentive Compensation and Service Contracts Modules; Oracle ERP; CRM/Finance/Order Management/Service industries; Workflows; PL/SQL

 
Overview:

Primarily, responsible to provide business improvement support to users of Oracle Applications Sales Compensation, Service Contracts, Order Management and Finance modules.  Secondary responsibility to support daily production support of the Oracle system.

 

Required skills:

3-5 years Oracle ERP Applications (11.5.6 upwards):

• Experience in trouble shooting Oracle application problems, including resolution of problems with Oracle system interfaces, concurrent programs, forms, triggers and data in tables.
• Experience with using PL/SQL to write scripts to extract, analyze, modify, and update data in Oracle applications tables.
• Experience with setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting Oracle Workflows.
• Strong understanding of Oracle ERP table structures across multiple modules.
• Experience working in the CRM/Finance/Order Management/Service industries.
