Skill Set:  The data modeler should have ERwin experience as well as some insurance background. The platform is DB2 so skills in this are essential along with data warehousing and dimensional modeling   Experience: The person should have great communication skills and ability to work with off shore as well as on shore ETL and BI teams. He/she will also be managing one offshore resource.
