Duration: 4+  months

Job Description:

Role: Senior Flex Architect/Developer to lead

Senior Flex Architect/Developer to lead, analyze in depth and re-factor a complex Flex 3.0 Rich Internet Application.

- Preferred to not be a java developer who has switched to Flex
- Should be Adobe technology guru with proven experience (articles, forums, web sites to show etc)
- Experience developing complex Flash applications in AS 2.0, Shockwave and Flash Modules for long time (Need at least 6+ years of experience)
- Extensive hands-on experience with development of UI components using MXML and ActionScript 3.0 (Need at least 3+ years of experience)
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on of ALL kind of Flex Charts and Chart components
- Extensive knowledge of complex deeply nested Flex Chart custom components done in ActionScript
- Extensive in-depth knowledge and experience in creating Flex applications using the Cairngorm Framework and others
- Extensive knowledge and Experience in XHTML/XML/HTML, CSS, XSL and Web Standards
- Extensive knowledge and Experience in how to mesh Flash with other elements (JavaScript, XML)
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on in different protocols Flex communicate with server
- BSCS or related (top schools preferred but not required)

This candidate needs to be a GURU on flex programming with at least 5+ years of experience.
