Sr Java/J2EE developer
Location: Lewisville, TX
Duration: 3-6 Months
Rate: $40/hr
FACE TO FACE AFTER PHONE SCREEN ON YOUR EXPENSES
- 8+ years of total software design and development experience.
- 6+ years of Java/J2EE experience
- 3+ years of Webservices design and development and experience in XML
- Experience in Hibernate/other ORM Tools is required
- Experience developing using JPA, JDBC is required
- Experience building and deploying web services in an J2EE environment
- Knowledge of J2EE architecture patterns
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Strong knowledge debugging and troubleshooting Java/J2EE applications
- Solid knowledge in Java and J2EE development and tools
- Experience building persistence mechanisms for J2EE applications
- Experience with full SDLC, iterative methodologies, test-driven development
- Must be proficient with object, data and process modeling
- Hands-on experience with Tomcat (5+)
- Experience with popular open-source tools and toolkits such as Eclipse, JUnit, Log4J, Spring, Axis, Ant/Maven
- Experience using Oracle databases and programming with databases is required
- Must communicate effectively both orally and in writing with internal and external customer
