Application design and development services for the Business Process Management applications which currently consists of the Savvion Business Manager application
Application design including the creation and/or modification of High Level Design and Low Level Design
Application development including creation and/or modification of application software code, Unit Test Plans, and Unit Test Results
Application maintenance and support of the BPM applications
Defect support during the Functional, Technical, and User Acceptance testing for Supplier developed application code.
Provide application support and guidance during the Implementation and Deployment activities
