Position: OMS Test lead
Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:

- Define Master Test Strategy and Test Plan covering the scope of QA activities in the project.
- Understand the business functionality, business requirements and technical specifications of the application(s) under test
- Excellent Domain Knowledge in Retail E-Commerce especially around Order Management System
- Experienced in leading QA team for Order Management System preferably with Sterling OMS in last one year
- Provide multiple options for the sizing estimates of project deliverables.
- Ensure balance is achieved between time to market, cost, scope, and risk.
- Lead cross-functional QA efforts, driving quality practices into work products throughout the lifecycle of a project.
- Identify risks foreseen for the project, discuss & highlight with Project stakeholders, assess & prioritize them and define a plan for mitigation/contingency and continuous monitoring of the same
- Build essential relationships with business SMEs, Project Manager, Project Leaders
- Develop, track, and report project level status and other performance metrics to appropriate business and IT leaders.
- Foresee the changes and proactively take actions to manage the change without adverse impact on project goals
- Co-ordinate with support teams to ensure availability of necessary resources (Hardware, Software, Environment etc.) to perform QA activities as per the plan
- Lead offshore QA team
- Ensure adherence to Quality standards defined for the Project
